Weekend Retreat - CCL XX

January 7-8, 2011!!! Memory Mania's 2 day retreat, CCL, since 2001 will be held at Crowne Plaza locate at 4728 Constitution Avenue in the Premier Ballroom!! Guest rooms include 1 king OR two DOUBLE beds. Camp Crop-A-Lot is designed to pamper each camper with 37 quiet hours of cropping, meals, and a great time with friends! Campers will report to their Camp Counselors FRIDAY, January 7th at 9:00 a.m. (or whenever you can). Classes will begin at 2pm. You will have 19 hours to crop with your fellow campers. Lunch is served from 12:00 –1:00 p.m. Crop the evening away until dinner at 6:00pm. Then crop ‘til you drop or 4 a.m. Overnight campers will awaken Saturday morning to the aromas of fresh brewed coffee and a complimentary deluxe breakfast buffet in the relaxing “stress-free zone”. Camp will resume on SATURDAY, January 8 at 8:30 a.m. Lunch is served at 12:00 noon. Then it’s back to cropping! Dinner will be served at 6:00pm. You’ll still have about eight more hours for cropping before its lights out at 2 a.m. Then relax in your hotel room instead of driving your tired body home and relish the fact that you have just spent the most relaxing weekend being pampered by Memory Mania & completed ?? pages of memories of your loved ones. Wake up SUNDAY morning for a leisurely drive home or scrap in your room until checkout. Reservations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. No refunds or exchanges will be issued-all funds are paid directly to hotel in advance and are non-refundable. Only paid individuals may attend. By purchasing, you agree as follows: I hereby release Memory Mania and its employees from all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at Camp Crop-a-lot, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injury to me or my invitees. I agree not to bring any food or drink into conference center. I understand that Memory Mania cannot control the music, temperature or food. I'm coming to have a FUN time & Crop!!!!
